  20.         * One-Time registration policy - register once, and all future
  21.           upgrades are free.

  24. The program is really simple. Just copy the file D.EXE into a directory
  25. of your hard drive that is in your PATH statement. Then whenever you want
  26. a directory, just type "D" and press enter.

  28. This is the freeware version of TC Directory. You may distribute it freely
  29. as long as all files in this archive are distributed in their original
  30. form. You may use this program as long as you want, on as many machines 
  31. as you want for free. You are granted permission to USE this program, not to
  32. sell it. The author of the program still reserves all the rights to the
  33. program.

  35. You are encouraged ( I beg of thee ) to purchase the registered
  36. version for $2. The registered version has sorting abilities, which
  37. really is a helpful feature. See REGISTER.DOC for details. Registering
  38. not only gets you a nicer program, but also helps pay for all those
  39. years I spent in classrooms, and all those compilers I bought!
